1986 Participated in the Fifth Al-Wasiti Festival, in which he won an appreciation award, and the Baghdad Biennial for Fine Arts, Baghdad.

1954 وُلد الفنان فاخر محمد في مدينة الحلّة، محافظة بابل وسط العراق.
1961 - 1971 أكمل دراسته المدرسية للابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية في مدينة الحلّة محافظة بابل.
1973 – 1977 درس وتخرج من اكاديمية الفنون الجميلة في بغداد وحاز على بكالوريوس فنون تشكيلية.
1977 – 1980 اكمل دراسته العليا في اكاديمية الفنون الجميلة في بغداد وحاز على شهادة الماجستير في فن الرسم.
1978 اشترك في معرض نيسان الخامس في المتحف الوطني للفن الحديث في بغداد.

1985 اشترك في معرض "الفنانين فائق حسن وجواد سليم" وفاز بجائزة فائق حسن الفضية للشباب ومهرجان الواسطي الرابع في بغداد الذي حاز فيه على جائزة تقديرية والمعرض التشكيلي الاول للشباب بمناسبة السنة الدولية للشباب في بغداد.
1986 اشترك في مهرجان الواسطي الخامس الذي حاز فيه على جائزة تقديرية وبنيالي بغداد للفنون التشكيلية في بغداد.
