1955 He participated in the first exhibition of drawings with a group of classes in his school for juniors, which was held in the Social Center in Baghdad.
He traveled to India to see some landmarks of Indian art and wall decoration.
1966 He was sent to the Arab Republic of Egypt to participate in the eleventh session of the Arab Television Institute and obtained a degree of excellence in the field of design and decoration
1968 He worked as a painter and decorator for Iraq TV and lasted for about forty continuous years.
1969 He was delegated to Libya to work as an interior designer for Libyan TV.
1976 Received the Medal of Appreciation from Iraq TV in the field of decoration.
2000 Received a certificate of television creativity in the field of decoration from the first festival of Iraq TV.
2000 He won the second prize from the Iraqi Contemporary Art Exhibition.
2000 He was awarded the Art Medal by the Artists Syndicate.
He got excellent recognition for being passed in the Arab Design Course at Cairo TV.
1969 Held eleven solo exhibitions and two joint exhibitions with artist Najat Haddad at the German Cultural Center.

Member of the Fine Artists Association since 1968.
Member of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate since 1971.
2010 The artist stopped painting due to the severe visual impairment he had suffered for a long time.
2017 The Fine Arts Department held a retrospective exhibition for the artist entitled (Artistic Biography between loneliness and Decoration) at Ishtar Hall in the Center of the Ministry of Culture.

• 1939 ولد الفنان في مدينة بغداد، العراق.
• 1955 شارك في أول معرض للرسوم مع مجموعة من صفوف مدرسته للناشئين والذي أقيم في المركز الاجتماعي في بغداد.
• سافر إلى الهند للاطلاع على بعض معالم الفن الهندي والديكور الجداري.
• 1966 أُرسل إلى جمهورية مصر العربية للاشتراك في الدورة الحادية عشر لمعهد التلفزيون العربي وحصل على درجة الامتياز بمجال التصميم والديكور.

• حاز على المرتبة الأولى في دورة التصميم العربية في تلفزيون القاهرة.
• 1969 أقام أحد عشر معرضاً شخصياً ومعرضين مشتركين مع الفنانة نجاة حداد في المركز الثقافي الألماني.
• 1969 أقام معرض على قاعة الإرشاد في البصرة.

• 1974 أقام معرض المركز الثقافي الفرنسي.
• 1976-1977-1978-1979 و1994 أقام معارض نادي العلوية.
• 1984 أقام معرض في قاعة المتحف الوطني للفن الحديث وعلى قاعة منتدى الفنانين في التأميم.
• 1992 أقام معرض على قاعة الرواق.
• شارك في عشرات المعارض الموسمية والثقافية التي أقيمت داخل العراق وخارجه في بولندا – ألمانيا – فرنسا – النمسا – باكستان – ليبيا – الأردن – لبنان – الكويت – الإمارات العربية – سلطنة عمان – وفلسطين غزة.
• عضو جمعية الفنانين التشكيليين منذ 1968.
• عضو نقابة الفنانين العراقيين منذ 1971.
• 2010 توقف الفنان عن الرسم بسبب ضعف النظر الحاد الذي عانى منه لفترة طويلة.
• 2017 أقامت دائرة الفنون التشكيلية معرض إستعادي للفنان بعنوان (السيرة الفنية بين الوحدة والديكور) على قاعة عشتار في مركز وزارة الثقافة.
