1957 Born in Anbar Province, Iraq.
1964 - 1974 Completed his elementary, middle, and high school studies in Anbar.
1976 - 1980 Studied and graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad and obtained a Diploma in Sculpture.
1980 Held a solo exhibition at the Institute of Fine Arts, Baghdad.
1983 - 1987 Studied and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad and obtained a BA in sculpture.
1986 Won the first prize for sculpture at the Contemporary Iraqi Art Exhibition and the second prize for sculpture at the Sixth Al-Wasiti Festival, Baghdad.
1987 Awarded a diploma at the 7th International Festival for Miniatures in Hungary and won the Jewad Selim Gold Medal.
1988 Won the first prize for sculpture at the Seventh Al-Wasiti Festival, Baghdad, and a medal of appreciation from the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, Baghdad.
1992 Won the creativity prize from the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, Baghdad.
1993 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Returned Eternity’ at Ain Hall, Baghdad, and a solo exhibition entitled ‘Dreaming Bodies’ at the Arts Center, Baghdad, and won the gold award for sculpture at the Fifth International Babylon Festival.
1994 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Body Conversation’ at Ebda’a Gallery, Baghdad, and participated in an exhibition by four Iraqi artists at Abaad Gallery, Amman, Jordan.
1995 Participated in the founding exhibition of the Baghdad Group with three painters and a sculptor.
1996 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘The Bronze Garden’ at Hewar Hall, Baghdad, and participated in an exhibition by four Iraqi artists at Gallery Chambel, Denmark.
1997 Participated in an exhibition by four Iraqi artists at the Foreigners Cultural House, Denmark, and won the State Encouragement Prize for Arts in Sculpture by the Iraqi Ministry of Culture, and received a certificate of appreciation from the First Arab Sculpture Forum, Jerash, Jordan.
1998 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Bronze’ at Hewar Hall, Baghdad.
1999 Participated in an exhibition of four contemporary sculptors at Al-Mezan Hall, Baghdad.
2004 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Homage to Ismail Fattah’ at Dar Al-Anda, Amman.
2005 Participated in an exhibition of three artists at Dar Al-Anda, Amman.
2006 Held a solo exhibition at the Custo Showroom, Kuwait, and participated in the Baghdad - Paris - Iraqi Artist exhibition at the Montparnasse Museum, Paris, France.
2006 Held a solo exhibition at Dar Kalimat Hall, Aleppo, Syria.
2007 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Models’ at Dar Al Anda, Amman.
2009 Participated in the exhibition of Iraqi artists at Colorado State University, USA, and the exhibition of the Canadian Sculpture Center, Toronto, Canada.
2014 Participated in the Fine Art Festival marking the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Iraqi Communist Party at Hewar hall, Baghdad.
2016 Participated in the exhibition ‘Homage to Saleh Al-Qar Ghuli: Iraqi Sculptors’ Chisels’ at the Iraqi Fine Artist Association, Baghdad.
2019 Participated in the exhibition ‘Contemporary Artists from Iraq’ at Ras Al-Ain Gallery, Amman.
He lives and is dedicated to his art, between Baghdad and Amman.

- 1988 فاز بالجائزة الأولى للنحت في مهرجان الواسطي السابع، بغداد وبوسام تقديري من نقابة الفنانين العراقيين، بغداد.

- 1992 فاز بجائزة الإبداع من نقابة الفنانين العراقيين، بغداد.

- 1993 أقام معرضاً شخصياً بعنوان "الأبدية المستعادة" على قاعة عين، بغداد ومعرض شخصي بعنوان "أجساد حالمة" في مركز الفنون، بغداد وفاز بالجائزة الذهبية للنحت في مهرجان بابل الدولي الخامس.

- 1994 أقام معرضاً شخصياً بعنوان "حوار الجسد" في كَاليري إبداع، بغداد واشترك في معرض لأربعة فنانين عراقيين في كَاليري أبعاد، عمّان، الأردن.

- 1995 اشترك في المعرض التأسيسي لجماعة بغداد مع ثلاثة رسامين ونحات.

- 1996 أقام معرضاً شخصياً بعنوان "حديقة البرونز" على قاعة حوار، بغداد واشترك في معرض لأربعة فنانين عراقيين في كَاليري شامبيل، الدنمارك.

- 1997 اشترك في معرض لأربعة فنانين عراقيين في البيت الثقافي للأجانب في الدنمارك وفاز بجائزة الدولة التشجيعية للفنون في النحت من قبل وزارة الثقافة العراقية وحاز على شهادة تقديرية من ملتقى النحت العربي الأول، جرش، الأردن.

- 1998 أقام معرضاً شخصياً بعنوان "برونزيات" على قاعة حوار، بغداد.

- 1999 اشترك في معرض لأربعة نحاتين معاصرين على قاعة الميزان، بغداد.

- 2004 أقام معرضاً شخصياً بعنوان "تحية إلى إسماعيل فتاح" في دار الأندى، عمّان.

- 2005 اشترك في معرض لثلاثة فنانين في دار الأندى، عمّان.
