1955 Born in Baghdad, Iraq.
1962 - 1972 Completed his primary and middle studies at the Central Preparatory School, and high school studies in Baghdad, Iraq.
He then completed his art studies, specializing in sculpting by the best Iraqi sculptors like Kalid Al-Rahhal, Mohammed Gahni Hikmat, Miran Al-Saadi, Ismail Fattah, Abul Jabbar Al Banna, and others in the Baghdad Art Academies.
1994 - 2006 Participated in many exhibitions of the Department of Arts, Fine Artists Association, and Artists Union.
1994 Participated and displayed a number of his works in the joint art exhibition at the Babylon Festival.
1995 Participated and displayed a number of his works in the joint art exhibition at the Babylon Festival.
1997 Graduated from the Department of Sculpture at the College of Fine Arts, University of Baghdad.
1999 Participated in Victor Hugo Exhibition, Baghdad.
2000 Participated in the Babylon Festival and the Iraqi Contemporary Sculpture Exhibition. Won the 2nd prize in the Ismail Fattah Al-Turk competition at Hewar Hall, Baghdad.
2001 Participated and displayed a number of his works in the joint art exhibition at the Babylon Festival.
2004 Participated in the ‘From Ur to Babylon’ festival of the Iraqi Ministry of Culture, Baghdad, the exhibition of the Iraqi Fine Artists Association in Damascus and Aleppo, Syria, and the ‘Iraq Civilization’ exhibition at the Sultan Al Owais Foundation, Dubai, UAE, and a joint exhibition of ‘3 Artists from Iraq’, Istanbul, Turkey.
2005 Participated in the Symposium ‘Prisoners of Abu Ghraib’ near Hewar Hall, Baghdad.
2006 Participated in the exhibition ‘From Baghdad to La Rochelle’, France, Al-Mada Festival, Erbil, Kurdistan, and the exhibition ‘Selections from Contemporary Art’ at the opening of Akkad Hall at Abu Nuwas Street, Baghdad.
2007 Participated in the Golden Jubilee Exhibition of the Iraqi Artists Association and the Cultural Week exhibition in UNESCO, France.
2008 Participated in the Fire Riding Exhibition at Gallery Artica, London.
2009 Participated in an exhibition with artist Shaddad Abdulqahhar, La Rochelle, France.
2010 Participated in the exhibition of the Iraqi Fine Artists Association in Beirut, Lebanon, and the exhibition ‘Three Iraqi Sculptors and a French Painter’ at Space Hall 83, La Rochelle. He won the Al-Wasiti Award and the Medal of Loyalty from the Ministry of Culture.
2012 Participated in the retrospective festival of Iraqi contemporary fine art on the 78th anniversary of the founding of the Iraqi Communist Party at Akkad Art Gallery, Baghdad.
2013 Participated in the Iraqi Contemporary Art Exhibition at the Baghdad Forum for Fine Arts, ‘We Color Baghdad with Love and Peace’ at the Fine Arts Department, Baghdad, and the annual joint exhibition ‘Iraqi Spaces’ at the Iraqi Fine Artists Association, Baghdad.
2014 Participated in an exhibition with Shaddad Abdulqahhar at Madarat Gallery, Baghdad, as well as the exhibition ‘The Land of Mesopotamia in Paris’, France. He also participated in the Fine Art Festival in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Iraqi Communist Party at Hewar Hall, Baghdad, and a joint exhibition with sculptor Najim al-Qaysi, ‘The Land of Mesopotamia in Paris’, at Hewar Hall, Baghdad.
2015 Participated in the exhibition ‘1 + 12’ at the Iraqi Fine Artists Association, Baghdad, and the exhibition ‘Another Face of the Country’ - Iraqi Artists Gathered at the Hewar Hall, Baghdad.
2016 Participated in the Karrada exhibition, Baghdad, the annual retrospective exhibition of the Iraqi Fine Artists Association, Baghdad, and the exhibition ‘Salute to Saleh Al-Qaragholi: Chisels of Iraqi Sculptors’ at the Iraqi Fine Artists Association, Baghdad.
2017 Participated in the Iraqi Sculpture Exhibition of the Iraqi Fine Artists Association, Baghdad.
2018 Participated in the annual exhibition of the Iraqi Fine Artists Association, Baghdad, and the exhibition ‘Word Art - Arab Studios’, Istanbul, Turkey.

The artist lives and works full-time as a sculptor in his studio in Baghdad, Iraq.

- أكمل دراسته الفنية وخاصة فن النحت متتلمذاً ومتعلماً من أفضل نحاتي جيل الستينات مثل: خالد الرحال، محمد غني حكمت، ميران السعدي، إسماعيل فتاح، عبد الجبار البنا في أكاديمية الفنون، بغداد.

- 2012 اشترك في المهرجان الشامل للفن التشكيلي العراقي المعاصر لمناسبة الذكرى 78 لتأسيس الحزب الشيوعي العراقي على قاعة أكد للفنون، بغداد.

- 2013 اشترك في معرض الفن العراقي المعاصر في ملتقى بغداد للفنون التشكيلية "نلون بغداد محبةً وسلاماً" في دائرة الفنون التشكيلية، بغداد والمعرض التشكيلي السنوي المشترك "فضاءات عراقية" في جمعية الفنانين التشكيليين العراقيين، بغداد.
