1940 Artist Itihad Kareem was born in Baghdad, Iraq.
1947 - 1957 He completed his elementary, middle and High school studies in Baghdad.
1963 He studied and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad.
1974 He participated in the first Arab Biennale exhibition in Baghdad.
1982 He participated in the second Al-Wasiti Festival in Baghdad.
1983 He participated in the 10th April Fair in Baghdad.
1986 He participated in the Baghdad International Festival for Plastic Arts at the Saddam Art Center in Baghdad.
1991 He participated in an art exhibition in Kuwait.
He participated in many art exhibitions inside and outside Iraq.
2006 - 2009 He suffered three strokes during his life, which led to his hemiplegia, which left him incapacitated by the practice of his work as an experienced and distinguished sculptor.
June 2010 The artist passed away at the age of seventy due to the complications of a stroke in Baghdad.

1947 - 1957 أكمل دراسته المدرسية للابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية في بغداد.
1963 درس وتخرج من أكاديمية الفنون الجميلة في جامعة بغداد.
1974 اشترك في معرض السنتين العربي الأول في بغداد.
1982 اشترك في مهرجان الواسطي الثاني في بغداد.
1983 اشترك في معرض نيسان العاشر في بغداد.
1986 اشترك في مهرجان بغداد العالمي للفن التشكيلي في مركز صدام للفنون في بغداد.
1991 اشترك في معرض فني في الكويت.
اشترك في العديد من المعارض الفنية داخل وخارج العراق.
2006 - 2009 أُصيب بثلاث جلطات دماغية خلال حياته الذي ادى الى اصابته بشلل نصفي أقعده عن ممارسة عمله كنحات متمرس ومميز.
2010 وفي شهر حزيران توفى الفنان عن عمر يناهز السبعون عاماً أثر مضاعفات ناتجة من جلطة دماغية في بغداد.
