  • 1955 Born in Babel Governorate, central Iraq. She is the daughter of the well-known poet and writer Raouf Hassan al-Jubouri, founder of Al-Hilla newspaper and editor-in-chief of Al-Ghad and Al-Hikma magazine.
  • 1962 - 1972 Completed her elementary, middle, and high school studies.
  • 1973 – 1978 Studied and graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad.
  • 1988 Held a solo exhibition at Al-Riwaq Hall, Baghdad.
  • 1989 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Thought and Man’ at Al-Riwaq Hall, Baghdad.
  • She participated in an exhibition entitled ‘Rouya and Shatha’ with the artist Shatha Hassan Al-Rawi, in which she exhibited 21 artworks, Baghdad.
  • 1991 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Man and his Symbols’ at Al-Riwaq Hall, Baghdad.

  • 2002 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Faces and Mirrors’ at Al-Hussein Cultural Center, Amman. Participated in an exhibition of five contemporary artists and seven works in the Department of Arts, Baghdad, and an exhibition of seven artists and ten works at the UNESCO Palace Hall, Beirut.

  • 2006 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Ishtar’ at the Picasso Hall, Cairo, Egypt.

  • 2009 Participated in the exhibition ‘Three from afar’ by contemporary Iraqi artists, Dessau, Germany.
  • 2011 Held a solo exhibition at the Deaver Keller Hall, Leipzig, Germany, and participated in an exhibition by artists from different countries at the Leipzig Center, Germany.
  • 2012 Participated in an exhibition of artists from different countries, Leipzig, Germany.
  • 2013 Held a solo exhibition entitled ‘Feelings and Symbols’ at the Hall of Women's Culture, Leipzig, Germany.
  • 2014 Participated in an exhibition by Iraqi artists on human rights, Berlin, Germany.
  • She worked as a teacher at the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad, and worked as a Fine Arts Supervisor in the Directorate of Artistic Activity in schools of the Iraqi Ministry of Education, and Theater Activity Supervisor in Baghdad and Basra High Schools. She also worked as a drawing teacher in Al-Jasra Club and held training courses for graphic arts at the Optical Center in Doha, Qatar.
  • She established Rouya Hall in Baghdad, in which many art exhibitions were held.
  • She held several solo exhibitions and participated in many art exhibitions inside and outside Iraq.
  • She is currently living in Germany, devoted to her art.
  • Member of the Iraqi Fine Artists Association.

- 1955 وُلدت الفنانة في محافظة بابل وسط العراق وهي ابنة الشاعر والكاتب المعروف رؤوف حسن الجبوري مؤسس جريدة الحلة ورئيس تحرير مجلة الغد والحكمة.

- 1962 – 1972 أكملت دراستها الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية.

- 1973 – 1978 درست وتخرجت من معهد الفنون الجميلة في بغداد.

- 1988 أقامت معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة الرواق، بغداد.

- 2001 أقامت معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة برود واي في عمّان، الأردن.

- 2002 أقامت معرضاً شخصياً بعنوان "وجوه ومرايا" في مركز الحسين الثقافي، عمان واشتركت في معرض لخمس فنانات معاصرات وسبعة أعمال في دائرة الفنون، بغداد ومعرض لسبعة فنانين وعشرة أعمال على قاعة قصر اليونسكو، بيروت.

- 2003 أقامت معرضاً شخصياً في السفارة الفانزويلية، بغداد.

- 2006 أقامت معرضاً شخصياً بعنوان "عشتار" على قاعة بيكاسو في القاهرة، مصر.

- 2008 اشتركت في معرض "المرأة والموسيقى والألوان" في نادى الجسرة للفنون في الدوحة، قطر.

- 2009 اشتركت في معرض "ثلاثة من بعيد" لفنانين عراقيين معاصرين في ديساو، ألمانيا.

- 2011 أقامت معرضاً شخصياً على قاعة ديفر كيلر في لايبزيغ واشتركت في معرض لفنانين من دول مختلفة في مركز لايبزيغ، ألمانيا.

- 2012 اشتركت في معرض فنانين من دول مختلفة في لايبزيغ، ألمانيا.

- 2013 أقامت معرضاً شخصياً بعنوان "مشاعر ورموز" على قاعة ثقافة المرأة في لايبزك، ألمانيا.

- 2014 اشتركت في معرض لفنانين عراقيين حول حقوق الإنسان في برلين، ألمانيا.

- عملت مُدرسةً في معهد الفنون الجميلة في بغداد ومشرفة فنون جميلة في مديرية النشاط الفني في المدارس في وزارة التربية والتعليم العراقية ومشرفة النشاط المسرحي في ثانوية بغداد والبصرة كما عملت أيضاً مُدرسةً للرسم في نادي الجسرة وأقامت دورات تدريبية لفنون الكرافيك في مركز البصريات في الدوحة، قطر.

- أسست قاعة رؤيا في بغداد التي أقيم فيها العديد من المعارض الفنية.

- أقامت عدة معارض شخصية واشتركت في الكثير من المعارض الفنية داخل وخارج العراق.

- تعيش حاليًا في ألمانيا، متفرغة لفنها.

- عضو في جمعية الفنانين العراقيين.
