• Egyptian French artist born in 1932 in Luxor, Egypt.

• He is known as “The Grandfather of Egyptian Caricature”.

• Studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek, Egypt as well as the National School of Fine Arts (Beaux-Arts) in Paris, France.

• He is a diversified artist and has published several books, and was honored many times locally and internationally.

• Participated in many group exhibitions and held many solo exhibitions in Egypt and abroad.

• His works are housed in many private and public collections, both in Europe and the Middle East.

• Currently lives between Paris, France, and Egypt.
