1920 Born in France to French parents.
1940 Studied and graduated from the Institute of Applied Arts in Paris.
She married Iraqi artist Ismail Al-Chekhli at the beginning of the fifties and returned with him to Baghdad, where she remained until she passed away.
1953 Joined the Pioneers Group and participated in all its exhibitions until 1983.
1958 Participated in the exhibition of the National Geographic Institute in Paris.
1973 Participated in the fifteenth exhibition of the Iraqi Fine Artists Association, which was held in the hall of the association in Baghdad.
1974 Participated in an exhibition entitled “From Seine to the Tigris”.
She participated in all exhibitions of the Al-Wasiti Festival.
She participated in the exhibitions of the seven pioneers, which were held in Amman, Jordan.
1983 Participated in an exhibition entitled “From Paris to Baghdad,” which was held at Al-Riwaq Gallery in Baghdad.
She held her last solo exhibition at Faik Hassan Hall in Al-Hamra.
2008 Passed away in Baghdad at the age of eighty-eight and was buried there.
2012 Her works were displayed at an exhibition entitled “Fifty Years of Love for France and Iraq,” which was held at the French Institute in Baghdad.
2016 Her works were displayed at an exhibition entitled “Iraqi Painters,” which was held in cooperation between the Iraqi Fine Artists Association and the Lebanese Artists Association for Painting and Sculpture in Beirut.

- 1920 ولدت الفنانة سوزان الشيخلي من أبوين فرنسيين في فرنسا.

- 1940 درست وتخرجت من معهد الفنون التطبيقية في باريس.

- اقترنت بالفنان إسماعيل الشيخلي أثناء دراسته في باريس. ورجعت معه منذ بداية الخمسينات لتسكن بغداد.

- 1953 انضمت إلى جماعة الرواد وشاركت في كل معارضها لغاية عام 1983.

- 1958 اشتركت في معرض المعهد الجغرافي الوطني في باريس.

- 1973 اشتركت في معرض جمعية الفنانين التشكيليين الخامس عشر الذي أُقيم على قاعة جمعية الفنانين التشكيليين في بغداد.

- 1974 اشتركت في معرض بعنوان من السين إلى دجلة.

- اشتركت في جميع معارض مهرجان الواسطي.

- اشتركت في معارض الرواد السبعة التي أُقيمت في عمان، الأردن.

- 1983 اشتركت في معرض بعنوان من باريس إلى بغداد الذي أُقيم على قاعة الرواق في بغداد.

- أقامت آخر معرض شخصي لها على قاعة فائق حسن في الحمراء.

- 2008 توفيت الفنانة في بغداد، عن عمر يناهز ثمانية وثمانين عاماً ودفنت فيها.

- 2012 أقيم معرض بعنوان خمسون سنة حب لفرنسا والعراق في المعهد الفرنسي في بغداد وعُرضت أعمالها فيه.

- 2016 أقيم معرض بعنوان رسامون عراقيون بالتعاون بين جمعية الفنانين التشكيليين العراقيين وجمعية الفنانين اللبنانيين للرسم والنحت في بيروت وعرضت أعمالها فيه.

- عضو في نقابة الفنانين.

- عضو في جمعية الفنانين التشكيليين.
