1962 - 1972 He completed his primary, middle and High school studies.
1978 - 1982 He studied and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad and obtained a BA in Fine Arts and Graphics.
1978 - 2009 He worked for the Iraqi Ministry of Culture and Information in Baghdad.
1981 He held a solo exhibition at the Iraqi Ministry of Youth in Baghdad and participated in the Youth Cadres Exhibition and won the prize for the best art work.
He obtained a master's degree, which was on the subject of "Methods of Teaching Arts" and the title of his thesis is "An Educational Program for the Development of the Plastic Art Appreciation" in Baghdad.
1997 - 1999 He was appointed Head of the Decoration Department at the Engineering Institute in Benghazi, Libya.
1998 He held a solo exhibition in Libya.
2000 - 2009 He worked as a lecturer in the painting department at the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad.
2005 - 2007 He was appointed Director of Relations and Information in the House of Cultural Affairs of the Iraqi Ministry of Culture.
2007 - 2009 He was appointed Editor-in-Chief of the Cultural Encyclopedia at the Cultural Affairs House at the Ministry of Culture.
2009 - 2011 He worked at the United Nations in the Psychological Support Department, which followed the psychological situation of Iraqi immigrants in Damascus, and he was appointed as a teacher to teach music specifically oud in the same organization.
He obtained a doctorate in fine arts in Hamilton in Canada, and his thesis was on "The Mechanism of Contemporary Criticism between Artistic Appreciation and Perception in Iraqi Plastic Art."
2012 He wrote a book entitled "Development of Plastic Art Appreciation". The book was published by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Human Development in Abu Dhabi, and the book consists of four chapters.
2013 He won the Art Council Prize in Painting in Edmonton, capital of Alberta, Canada.
2015 He held a solo exhibition at Latitude 53 in Edmonton, exhibiting 40 works of art.
2017 Eight of his artworks have been selected by the Canadian Edmonton Committee as a gift to Edmonton retirees.
2018 Fourteen of his artworks have been selected by the Canadian Edmonton Committee as Christmas gifts to Edmonton retirees.
He wrote several critical and artistic articles in the field of art and culture in several Iraqi, Arab and international newspapers, magazines and websites.
He lives in Canada full-time and teaches the art of drawing at the "Action for Healthy Communities" Agency in Edmonton, Canada.
He is the officer of the Iraqi Artists and Writers Association in Edmonton, Canada.

1955 وُلد الفنان ماضي حسن نعمة في العراق.
1962 - 1972 أكمل دراسته المدرسية للابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية.
1978 – 1982 درس وتخرج من اكاديمية الفنون الجميلة في جامعة بغداد وحاز على شهادة البكالوريوس في الفنون التشكيلية والكرافيك.
1978 – 2009 عمل في وزارة الثقافة والاعلام العراقية في بغداد.
1981 اقام معرض شخصي في وزارة الشباب العراقية في بغداد واشترك في معرض كوادر شباب القطر وفاز بجائزة أفضل عمل فني.
حاز على شهادة الشهادة الماجستير والتي كانت عن موضوع "طرائق تدريس الفنون" وعنوان رسالته "برنامج تعليمي لتنمية التذوق الفني التشكيلي" في بغداد.
1997 – 1999 تم تعيينه رئيس قسم الديكور والزخرفة في المعهد الهندسي في بنغازي في ليبيا.
1998 اقام معرض شخصي في ليبيا.
2000 – 2009 عمل محاضر في قسم الرسم في معهد الفنون الجميلة في بغداد.
2005 – 2007 تم تعيينه مدير العلاقات والاعلام في دار الشؤون الثقافية التابعة لوزارة الثقافة العراقية.
2007 – 2009 تم تعيينه مدير تحرير في الموسوعة الثقافية في دار الشؤون الثقافية في وزارة الثقافة.
2009 – 2011 عمل في الامم المتحدة في قسم الدعم النفسي الذي يتايع وضع المهاجرين العراقيين النفسية في دمشق و عُين مدرس لتعليم الموسيقى على آلة العود في نفس المنظمة.
حاز على شهادة الدكتوراه في الفنون تشكيلية في مدينة هاميلتون في كندا وكانت أطروحته عن "آلية النقد المعاصر بين التذوق الفني والادراك الحسي في الفن التشكيلي العراقي".
2012 ألف كتاب بعنوان "تنمية التذوق الفني التشكيلي" وتم نشر الكتاب من قبل وزارة الثقافة والشباب والتنمية البشرية في ابو ظبي ويتكون الكتاب من أربعة فصول.
2013 فاز بجائزة Art Council في الرسم في أدمونتون عاصمة مقاطعة البرتا في كندا.
2015 اقام معرض شخصي على قاعةLatitude 53 في أدمونتون وعرض فيه 40 عمل فني.
2017 تم أختيار8 أعمال من قبل لجنة أدمونتون الكندية لأهدائها الى متقاعدي أدمونتون.
2018 تم أختيار 14 عمل بمناسبة عيد الكريسماس من قبل لجنة أدمونتون الكندية لغرض منحها الى متقاعدين أدمونتون الكندية.
كتب عدة مقالات نقدية وفنية في مجال الفن والثقافة في عدة صحف ومجلات ومواقع الكترونية عراقية وعربية ودولية.
يسكن في كندا متفرغاً للفن و يدرس فن الرسم في وكالة "العمل من أجل مجتمعات صحية" في أدمونتون، كندا.
