1945 Artist Hassan Abd Alwan was born in Nasiriyah city in Dhi Qar province, South of Iraq.

2013 اشترك في معرض "فضاءات عراقية - المعرض التشكيلي السنوي المشترك" في جمعية الفنانين التشكيليين العراقيين في بغداد.
اقام عدة معارض شخصية في تونس والكويت والاردن وقطر ولبنان ومدن عديدة أخرى واشترك في معارض فنية كثيرة داخل وخارج العراق.
9 نوفمبر 2013 تُوفي الفنان عن عمر يناهز الثمانية وستون عاماً.
تم عرض اعماله في معرض "رسامون عراقيون" لجمعية الفنانين التشكيليين العراقيين وجمعية الفنانين اللبنانيين للرسم والنحت في بيروت.
