1941 German Artist "Marie-Luise Schieck" or "Lisa Fattah" was born in the capital, Oslo, in Norway, to parents of German origin, and she grew up in a conservative environment where her father was a Christian priest named Helmut Schieck. Lisa is known for her rebellious, strong, and stubborn character.

1962 During her studies in Italy, she got acquainted with her colleague, the artist Ismail Fattah, who entered with her in the third year directly without going through the first and second years, and she graduated with him in the following year and they got married in Italy after Ismail asked her father in Germany on a short trip to them and she held the family name of her husband, becoming Lisa Fattah, and they had their son (Sohail) in Italy. Lisa Fattah came to Iraq and lived with Ismail Fattah for thirty years and had another son (Ismail) and two daughters (Yasmine and Asia) in Baghdad.

1963 - 1964 She studied and trained at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid, Spain for a short period.

1974 She participated in the cultural festival of Al-Thawra newspaper in Baghdad.

1980 She participated in the seventh April art exhibition at the hall of the National Museum of Modern Art in Baghdad.

1981 She participated in the twenty-second exhibition of the Iraqi Artists Association at the Assembly Hall in Baghdad.

1983 She participated in the third exhibition of contemporary Arab artists at the Iraqi Cultural Center in London.

1986 She participated in the Baghdad International Festival for Plastic Art at the Saddam Art Center in Baghdad.

1989 Her father passed away in Germany, and she went to attend his burial in Germany. Her mental state was deteriorating little by little due to the Iran-Iraq war and the death of her father.

1990 She was diagnosed with leukemia after suffering from pains in her body and began to take chemotherapy sessions, and her body became swollen and deformed, and her bad condition reflected on her work at this time.

1992 She participated in her works (without her presence) in the exhibition "Three Iraqi Artists (Ismail Fattah, Lisa Fattah, and Mohammad Mahruddin)" at Darat al Funun in Amman.

1992 The artist passed away after a long suffering with cancer at the age of fifty-one and was buried in Sheikh Muhammad al-Sakran cemetery in Baghdad.

2000 Her works were exhibited in an exhibition "Journeys with Contemporary Arts in the Arab World - Contemporary Artists from Mesopotamia" at Darat al Funun - Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation in Amman.

2008 - 2011 One of her works was exhibited in the itinerant exhibition "Breaking the Barriers: Female Artists from the Islamic World" in the United States of America.
