1962 Artist Ali Al-Tajer was born in Baghdad Iraq.
1969 - 1979 He completed his primary, middle and high school studies.
1978 - 1984 He worked as an illustrator in Iraqi magazines such as Al-Mizmar (House of Culture for Children) and Afaq Arabia magazine (Afaq Arabia House).
1979 - 1982 He studied and graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad and obtained a diploma in Painting.
1979 He participated in the annual International Children's Festival.
1982 He produced an animated film for an educational channel on Iraqi television.
1983 - 1987 He studied and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad, and obtained a BA in Art.
1986 He worked as a fashion designer in the Iraqi Fashion House.
1987 He participated in a jewelry exhibition inspired by traditional Iraqi jewelry.
1989 He held a solo exhibition entitled "Rituals" at Aba’ad Gallery in Baghdad and made a field research and manuscript on "The human and animal figures decorated the façades of houses in Baghdad and Mosul."
1992 He obtained a master's degree in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad, and his thesis was entitled "Contemporary Plastic Vision of the Babylonian Epic of Creation."
1993 - 1997 He devoted himself to work and research in the field of Iraqi heritage.
2000 He held a solo exhibition at Ajyal Gallery, Beirut.
2002 He held a solo exhibition entitled "Humans of Black Earth" at Dar Al-Anda in Amman.
2004 He held a solo exhibition at Al-Riwaq Gallery, Bahrain.
2010 He held a solo exhibition at the Awar Gallery in Amman.
2014 He held a solo exhibition entitled "Iraq" at Al-Orfali Gallery in Amman.
2016 He held a solo exhibition at the Hall of the Omani Plastic Arts Association in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
2017 He held a solo exhibition entitled "Babel" at Dar Al Anda in Amman.
2019 He made a research on the various origins of the inhabitants in the Babylonian community in Mesopotamia entitled "Babylon, the navel of the earth…a gaze on its linguistic evolution"for Mesopotamia Magazine.
He lives in Amman, Jordan, dedicated to his job as an artist.

1962 وُلد الفنان علي آل تاجر في العراق.
1969 - 1979 أكمل دراسته المدرسية للابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية.
1978 – 1984 عمل رساماً في مجلات العراقية مثل المزمار (دار ثقافة الاطفال) ومجلة آفاق عربية (دار آفاق عربية).
1979 – 1982 درس وتخرج من معهد الفنون الجميلة في بغداد وحاز على شهادة الدبلوم في فن الرسم.
1979 اشترك في المهرجان الدولي السنوي للطفل.
1982 أنتج فيلم رسوم متحركة لقناة تعليمية على التلفزيون العراقي.
1983 – 1987 درس وتخرج من اكاديمية الفنون الجميلة في جامعة بغداد وحاز على شهادة البكالوريوس في فن الرسم.
1986 عمل كمصمم أزياء في دار الأزياء العراقية.
1987 اشترك في معرض مجوهرات مستوحى من مجوهرات العراق التقليدية.
1989 اقام معرض شخصي بعنوان "طقوس" في كاليري ابعاد في بغداد وعمل بحث ميداني ومخطوط عن "الاشكال الانسانية والحيوانية المزينة لواجهات البيوت الشعبية في بغداد والموصل".
1992 حاز على شهادة الماجستير في فن الرسم من اكاديمية الفنون الجميلة في جامعة بغداد وكان عنوان اطروحته "الرؤية التشكيلية المعاصرة لملحمة الخلق البابلية".
1993 – 1997 تفرغ للعمل والبحث في حقل التراث العراقي.
2000 اقام معرض شخصي في كاليري اجيال في بيروت.
2002 اقام معرض شخصي بعنوان "اناس من ارض السواد" في دار الاندى في عمّان.
2004 اقام معرض شخصي في كاليري الرواق في البحرين.
2010 اقام معرض شخصي في كاليري اوار في عمّان.
2014 اقام معرض شخصي بعنوان "عراق" في كاليري الاورفلي في عمّان.
2016 اقام معرض على قاعة الجمعية العمانية للفنون التشكيلية في مسقط، سلطنة عُمان.
2017 اقام معرض شخصي بعنوان "بابل" في دار الاندى في عمّان.
2019 عمل بحث في الاصول المتنوعة للمكون البشري في بلاد النهرين بعنوان "بابل سرة الارض ونظرة في بلبلة الالسن" لمجلة بين نهرين.
